100-ton automatic transfer press with nine tool stations and double-row blank feeding, 175 strokes and 350 ends per minute with double die, for steel up to 0.40 mm.
The PCA 100 forms ends and components that need several successive operations. Blanks are fed in two rows, carried by grips through nine tool stations and delivered on a double outgoing conveyor.
The complete tooling includes a double feeding conveyor, a double separating and feeding mechanism for blanks, carbide dies and the transfer system with grips. Speed is set by inverter and the phases by encoder; a separate PLC cabinet and a digital display show every function.
