Four-chuck combined machine for general-line, food and aerosol formats up to 200 mm in diameter and 305 mm high: flow necking and flanging, bottom seaming and dome seaming, 30 to 300 cans per minute.
The FAA 575 GL brings the Combican concept to large and mixed formats: paint, chemical and industrial cans, big food cans and aerosols on the same machine, with tinplate up to 0.30 mm.
Each body is necked and flanged with carbide tooling, then bottom-seamed and dome-seamed by first and second operation rolls while the can rotates on its axis. Ends are fed automatically with phase control and a no can, no end stop.
