What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, business email address, company, plant or facility location, job title, and any technical details you choose to share about your production line. We ask only for information we need to respond to your request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, we and our analytics provider collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and the campaign parameters in the link you followed. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry; to prepare a quotation, technical assessment, or equipment proposal; to send you technical documentation you requested; to contact you about equipment and services relevant to your operation; and to understand how this site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above: Pipedrive (customer relationship management), Google Analytics (website measurement), and our website hosting provider. We may also share information with Cevolani Italia S.r.l. when doing so is necessary to prepare a technical proposal or quotation for equipment you have asked about, which involves a transfer to Italy, a country with an EU-level data protection framework. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact and inquiry records: for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you or your company, and for three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data: 14 months.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to mkt@eurotecsa.com or to the postal address above. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within ten business days. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state law may give you specific rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion or correction, to obtain a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, contact us at mkt@eurotecsa.com. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within the time your state’s law requires. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
