Combined machine for three-piece aerosol cans: pre-necking, flow necking and flanging, bottom seaming and dome seaming in one six-chuck unit, 50 to 500 cans per minute.
Combican Aerosol takes a welded aerosol body and delivers a finished can with bottom and dome seamed, on one machine base. The FFAA 560 adds a pre-necking station for deeper flow necks; the FAA 562 covers the standard sequence.
Bodies pass through flow necking and flanging with carbide tooling, then the bottom and the dome are seamed by first and second operation rolls that work while the can rotates on its axis. Ends and domes are fed by automatic feeders with rotating separator knife and a no can, no end safety stop.
