Stand-alone can beader with 8 or 16 stations and the can carried inside the machine base, 100 to 1,200 cans per minute on diameters from 52 to 155 mm.
The N 515 and N 533 add beads to welded bodies for panel strength on thin tinplate. The 16-station N 515 forms the profile very gradually at up to 1,200 cpm; the N 533 covers large formats up to 155 mm.
Bodies are transferred inside the machine base, which keeps the beading operation rigid and the profile consistent from can to can. The machine slows to standby automatically when the line stops and returns to speed on its own.
