The CG 422 is the first machine of a Cevolani ends line. It picks sheets from the pallet, trims them in rigid cast-iron cutter holders and delivers scrolled strips, single or double row, to the press.

What it does on the line

Four suction cups lift the sheet; cams with adjustable timing feed it positively and linearly onto the first table without scratches even at high speed. Electronic counters and a double-sheet detector eject doubles automatically. Gears run in an oil bath outside the machine for a fast, simple size change.
