At the initiative of Aetna Group USA, an important female representation made up of sales managers, product managers, service trainers and equivalent figures from American and Canadian Robopac dealers met to testify about their life experience in the company and exchange their points of view on the future of the sector.
For the occasion, Valentina Aureli, CEO of Aetna Group, spoke about the importance of valuing the professional and personal inclinations of each individual and the need to increasingly encourage and promote the presence of women, their talents and their skills in the packaging machinery industry.
“Each individual, in fact,” says the CEO of Aetna Group, “is the entrepreneur of his own life, both personal and professional, and through commitment and motivation he can express his talent. Sharing with the public her own experience in the world of business and its management, Valentina Aureli touched on topics such as meritocracy, energy and identification with the product and satisfaction with teamwork, highlighting the passion for technology that drives women in this sector.
