Verger Ideal

ROBOPAC MACHINES WERE THE PROTAGONISTS OF AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR A CANADIAN COMPANY THAT WAS GOING THROUGH A DIFFICULT TIME FOLLOWING A PRETTY LARGE INCREASE IN ORDERS.

This is the story of a successful supply to Verger Ideal, a Canadian company involved in packaging, handling, sorting, product inspection, dry storage and refrigerated storage, which chose Cartier, Canadian Robopac distributor, to implement new solutions that would improve reliability and performance, reduce fixed costs and potential damage caused by downtime.

Verger Ideal is a company that is dedicated to co-packaging: in essence, it assumes the packaging operations of a series of companies that subcontract them. An activity that has experienced fairly rapid growth that Verger Ideal has had difficulty responding to with its current tool.

For this reason, Verger Ideal decided to turn to Cartier experts, who studied the situation and built a tailored proposal that responded to the needs of the client company.

The installation of a Robopac Helix machine, a fully automatic wrapping machine, allowed speed to be increased while reducing the risk of downtime. An expected return on investment in three years, a reduction in labor costs of more than 70% and a reduction in unit packaging costs of more than 20%, all with the help of a reliable and environmentally friendly machine: these are the figures that convinced the client to make this investment in Robopac technology, which has allowed Verger Ideal to make a qualitative leap and respond in time to the needs of a rapidly changing market.
