Trevalli Cooperlat is an agri-food cooperative company, which is today among the main Italian dairy groups, with a history of sixty years. Thanks to a modern and dynamic business model, it has built a solid network of 11 associated cooperatives, located in 7 regions, which include agricultural entrepreneurs with a historical presence in the area. The Jesi headquarters, in the province of Ancona, is the place with the greatest production capacity, where most of the production is made, with the exception of cheese, mozzarella, ricotta and yogurt.
The milk delivered by the associated producers is processed in the company’s plants, offering a diversification of product categories in: fresh milk, high quality milk, long-life milk, UHT long-life milk, cream, béchamel, butter, fresh cheese and aged cheese.
A complex and very dynamic chain, which draws from the link with the territory the added value that characterizes the wide range of products offered by the 10 Trevalli Cooperlat brands.
The collaboration with Robopac Packers dates back to 2002 with the first installation of a WrapAround box packaging machine, model TC300, made entirely of stainless steel with a washable execution, at the Jesi production plant for the packaging of “square” Tetra Pak Brick type from two separate filling machines.
The TCS series range consists of packaging machines dedicated to the food and dairy industries, where the primary need for reliability is combined with the need for a high number of packaging solutions and compliance with high quality and hygiene standards. The packer made it possible to guarantee the traceability of the products coming from each of the two individual filling machines, returning as output boxes that contained only bricks from each line. This demonstrates the modularity of Robopac Packers machines, which are designed to adapt to industrial designs and different packaging types and requirements in a flexible and efficient way.

The collaboration continued and in 2013 Cooperlat installed a medium-speed shrink wrapper of the MSW 450/C series, an automatic medium-speed shrink film machine, in which the main requirement of high productivity is combined with high standards of reliability and flexibility. The choice was a response to the need to group square or circular milk bottles from a single strand ribbon only on film.
The MSW series is equipped with very advanced technology, with electric axes with brushless motorization for motion management and simple parameter programming and user interface.
Product separation and package forming units are designed to optimize processing cycle and changeover times. The control of unwinding and winding speeds with brushless motors and the use of a cold film cutting system, using a rotating blade, guarantee the correct feeding of the film.
The purchase of the first TCS310C shrink wrapper led to a second purchase in 2014, for 1 liter milk bottles with circular section, and again in June 2021 with the W 90° version.
Currently, Robopac can boast of having installed more than a dozen secondary packaging lines in the Cooperlat group.
The collaboration between Robopac and Trevalli Cooperlat is therefore a consolidated partnership based on reliability and collaboration, in which Robopac’s attention to customer needs and the ability to offer customized solutions become integral elements for extremely efficient and optimized production management.
